Frequently Asked Questions

Defective or damaged items should be reported within 10 days of receipt and we will replace that product with an exact product replacement. Products received in error (wrong product) must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Depending on what the item is, way may require you to send photos, or ship the defective/broke product back to us. MEB will cover the return cost on defective or broken items, or items received in error.
Items in new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and a 10% admin fee will apply to the refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items must be sent back in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the original condition.
Diffusers have a 90 day replacement warranty. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns. They are not eligible for a cash refund under any circumstances. My Essential Business will cover a replacement within 90 days from purchase. More information can be found in the product description.
