How to use Live Chat?
There are two statuses in Live Chat:
When you click this button, you will be able to start a chat with one of the available operators.
- Offline status
When you click this button, you will get a pop-up window containing information about the working hours of the live chat operators.
How to start a Live Chat?
Click the "Have a question? Chat with us." link at the bottom of any page to initiate a chat.
The following Live Chat pop-up window will appear:
Chatting can be done by entering text in the chat box and pressing enter. Once you do that, your message will be sent to the operator.
How to end a Live Chat session?
Once you get the answer to your question(s), you can close the chat by clicking the x icon in the top right corner of the chat window.
This will trigger a chat rating survey to appear in the chat window, giving you the ability to rate your chat experience by clicking one of the 3 available icons.
If you don't want to rate the conversation you can click the "I don't want to rate this conversation" link.
